Flaming fruit desert

A flaming fruity desert that is light and delicious. Be sure to use fully ripened fruits.

Ingredients

A selection of ripe soft fruits

Nectarines
Plums
Pears
Apricots

Sprinkle of sugar or sugar substitue

Method

Buy the fruits in advance to ensure they are fully ripened

Cut the plums and apricots in half
Cut the pears into quarters (depending on the size of the pear)
Cut the nectarines into quarters

Lay all the fruits into a baking tin
Bake for 25 minutes at 180
Bring out of the oven and douse with a high-alcohol brandy
Light the brandy with a flame!

Serve with fromage frais sweetened to taste with sugar or sugar substitute
