Banana porridge

Banana porridge. Fat 2.5g per serving.

Ingredients

40g of Irish oats (2.2g fat)
1/2 ripe banana (.15 fat)
220ml skimmed milk (>0.5g)
(Water can also be used)

It's important to use Irish oats which are 5.4g fat per hundred or the fat content is higher.




Method

Put oats, banana cut into small pieces and milk into a bowl and microwave for three minutes, or a little longer if required.

Stir then eat.
