Banana and rice

Simple but filling, and depending on the ripeness of the banana, or if the banana or rice is hot or cold, extremely varied.

Ingredients

Boiled rice
Chopped banana

Method

Experiment with hot rice or cold rice, with a ripened banana (browning) or with a yellow ripe banana.

Heat pre-cooked rice with the banana and eat hot, or have freshly cooked rice and cold banana.

There are many possibilities and all taste slightly different and have a different consistency.

Works best with Thai, jasmine or Korean rice.
